Christian County Auditor’s Office is now accepting applications for a full-time Deputy Auditor. The Deputy Auditor will support the Christian County Auditor in reviewing and approving purchase requests and budgeting functions.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Education/Experience:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Experience: Minimum two years clerical experience; accounting experience preferred
The Deputy Auditor must be a strategic thinker with the ability to learn multiple policies and procedures. The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is important. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. This position requires residence in Christian County, plus the ability to qualify to be bonded and pass an extensive background check as well as a drug screen.
