At Balfour Beatty Construction in Oxnard, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager is the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all administrative and technical requirements. Supervises Project Managers' activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, project financials set-up/updates, schedule to ensure projects are completed in a quality, profitable, safe, and timely manner. Maintains a relentless focus on meeting and exceeding customer needs and expectations. Builds business with current customers by delivering on our promises and creates new business with potential customers in a proactive manner, promoting all of our construction services.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Fifteen years or more of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Seven years or more of direct supervisory experience.
• Experience with project manager software (Constructware, P6, Timberline, etc.).
• Experience with cost projection, financial analysis, budget reviews, labor reports.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar construction application(s).

Preferred Requirements

• Local qualified candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
• 5 plus years experience working on Ground-Up or Federal jobs of $50 million or greater
• Experience working on Federal projects, highly desired

Compensation: The base compensation range for the role of Senior Project Manager in Oxnard, CA posted above is $130,000 to $170,000 annually.
