Oxford Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Oxford, MA

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! We want someone who is pursuing a long term career in dentistry. We are seeking someone who fits our culture of making our office an environment where people enjoy coming to work. As our practice grows, so will you.

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

- take digital X-Rays of patients

- assist dental procedures such as fillings, crown preparations, root canals and extractions

- clean and prepare treatment rooms

- take digital scans of patients and help fabricate same day crowns (on the job training provided)

- clean instruments and run sterilization

- communicate oral hygiene and post operative instructions to patients

- come to work with positive energy every day

Requirements:

- minimum of 2-3 years of Dental Assisting experience

- Proficiency in dental terminology

- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA regulations

- Ability to work effectively in a family-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion for patients

Our practice uses the latest technology to provide comfort and convinence for our patients. We have the Primescan scanner, Primemill, and Speedfire oven to provide same day crowns for patients. We also utilitze the latest materials to provide high quality restorative and surgical treatments for our patients. If you are looking to enhance your career and diversify your assisting skills through learning, this is the perfect job for you.

Pay: $22.45 - $26.00 per hour
