Duties:
- Manage and supervise spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to all spa guests
- Develop and implement strategies to increase spa revenue and profitability
- Maintain inventory of spa supplies and products
- Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness
- Monitor and analyze financial reports to track performance
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for product procurement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the spa or hospitality industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Leadership qualities to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and financial management
- Experience in interviewing, training development, and supervising staff
- Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in clerical tasks
