Responsible for providing basic-to-moderately complex product support for Indra Air Traffic products in the Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) family.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive, answer and document customer technical inquiries regarding CNS products and services via telephone or e-mail
• Escalate complex product support inquiries to technical experts
• Develop extensive expertise on the operation and maintenance of CNS products
• Provide timely technical guidance to customers worldwide using sound problem-solving techniques and report all issues affecting customer satisfaction
• Monitor, document and report failure trends in CNS products, documentation, and procedures, providing recommended improvements
• Authorize warranty service as required

Competencies for Position:

Education / Experience:

• High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 3 years customer service experience
• Strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience and proficiency in Windows operating systems and data entry
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
