Salary Range: $65,000 annually

Key Role Responsibilities


Training Program Development:
  • Design and implement training programs tailored to the needs of operations teams, incorporating industry-specific knowledge and best practices
  • Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) as an education tool. Assign, monitor, and track training progress, ensuring compliance and proficiency across the organization.
  • Update training materials and content to reflect evolving industry trends and emerging topics of importance
Content Creation and Research:
  • Develop training content from scratch, utilizing available resources and conducting thorough research on relevant topics
  • Employ a creative approach to crafting engaging and informative training materials that effectively convey key concepts and best practices
  • Utilize industry knowledge and emerging trends to inform content creation, ensuring training materials remain relevant and up-to-date
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to gather insights and perspectives for inclusion in training content
  • Regularly review and update training materials to reflect changes in industry standards and organizational needs, maintaining a dynamic and comprehensive training curriculum
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
  • Conduct training sessions for both individuals and larger groups, utilizing various instructional methods and educational tools
  • Deliver engaging presentations and workshops to enhance skill development and knowledge retention
  • Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure understanding and application of training concepts
Talent Improvement Support:
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop targeted coaching plans to support team members in enhancing job performance
  • Offer constructive feedback and guidance to individuals striving for professional growth and development
  • Monitor progress and adjust training strategies as needed to address performance gaps effectively
Technology Proficiency:
  • Maintain proficiency in software tools to facilitate communication, organization, and training delivery
  • Utilize presentation and education software to create visually engaging training materials and resources
Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions to address organizational challenges
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and skill development, facilitating opportunities for co-workers and internal/external subject matter experts to contribute as guest speakers during training sessions
Industry Experience and Compliance:
  • Leverage industry experience to ensure training programs align with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve training content and delivery methods

    • Proficiency in various learning methodologies, including e-learning, instructor-led training, and blended learning approaches, to cater to diverse learning preferences and requirements.
    • Capability to conduct needs assessments and formulate customized development plans, ensuring training initiatives align with organizational objectives and individual learning needs.
    • Proficient in designing and implementing performance plans to enhance individual and team effectiveness, driving continuous improvement and achieving desired outcomes.
    • Ability to provide impactful coaching and feedback for individual and team performance enhancement, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
    • Strong presentation skills for facilitating engaging training sessions and workshops, utilizing interactive techniques and multimedia resources to enhance learning experiences.
    Education (level and type)
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
    Required Work Experience
    • Minimum number of years: At least two years of related experience preferred
