Integrated Health Systems is Hiring an Account Executive Near Overland Park, KS
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the senior care sector.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and map them to IHS solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the senior care or managed services industry.
- Strong understanding of senior care systems, services, and technology.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
