Steadily is Hiring a Contract Recruiter Near Overland Park, KS

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We’re three years old, just over 100 people, help insure over $20B in rental properties, and are intent on becoming the world’s best and largest insurer for landlords.
We exist to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. To do that, we hire the best engineers, actuaries, sales, and service people in the country to build the experience that we’d want if we were the client.
As our Contract Recruiter, you will be assisting the Director of Talent in filling some of our highest priority roles.
What You'll Do
  • You will be direct sourcing candidates for various roles and uploading them into our ATS
  • You will be assisting the Director of Talent with screening and scheduling
Your Background
  • Experienced: You’ve had two years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Culture Advocate: You love Steadily’s culture and you understand the role of the talent department in supporting Steadily’s culture of excellence.
  • Knowledge: You have a strong knowledge of ATS systems direct sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Digital: Your tech savvy is exceptional. You are a super user when it comes to computers, software, and technology … What’s more, you’re fast and efficient.
  • Judgment: You have been exposed to lots of sensitive information in prior roles and you’ve proven that you can maintain confidentiality in the workplace.
  • Organized: You are highly organized. Even in a fast paced environment with lots of moving parts.
