As a Full Time Consultant, you will be assigned to various clients to provide services that are appropriate for your skills and experience. Typical assignments will include the following responsibilities:· Prepare complex journal entries and account reconciliations including but not limited to cash, prepaid expenses and payroll· Special projects and impromptu reporting, upon request· Maintain depreciation, fixed asset ledgers, and reconciliation· Survey and organize various financial data, reporting it in a useful and understandable manner· Perform the month end close and produce journal entries under minimal supervision· Support the month end, quarter end and year end closing process, which includes monthly financial close workbook preparation· Maintain capital lease and monthly payment schedules· Intercompany billings, transactions, and reconciliation· In-depth experience with month end balance sheet account reconciliations· Implement, maintain, and adhere to internal controls and accounting procedures ensuring compliance with GAAP· Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement analyses for management reporting· Recurring journal entries maintenance and reconciliation
