Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, collections, and cash application
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close procedures, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the general ledger
- Prepare financial reports and analysis as needed
- Assist with audits and provide support to auditors as required
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 1 year(s) of experience in accounting roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
