50 / hourWhat you'll be doing as a Material Handler :
- Picks up and delivers raw materials, work in process inventory, and packaging supplies to and from the presses and shipping areas.
- Loads Coils at presses, disposes of scrap metal, identifies materials to proper location in inventory.
- Performs necessary identification and inventory paperwork.
- Conducts pre-shift maintenance checks of designated forklift equipment and associated record keeping.
- Must be able to plan for movement of needed parts and material for production.
- Keeps all material and products near and in an organized manner.
- Assists production operator with timely delivery of products and containers, as needed.
- Semi-Skilled job involving the movement of materials and scrap metal removal
- Other duties may be assigned Available shifts : Shift Timings - 2nd shift (Evening)2nd Shift (M-Th; 3.00 PM-1.00AM Enjoy a 3-Day WeekendJob requirements :
- Physical requirements include the ability to bend, twist, stoop, and reach and lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work on your feet for 10hr shifts and complete assigned tasks on schedule
- Basic math skills, ability to read measurements, reading and writing skills needed
- Proven good attendance
- Cleanliness and neatness of assigned areas, continued improvement in overall performance
- Cooperation, responsiveness, dependability and proper attitude in dealing with others
