Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager
Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, Signs & Fabric, the Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your primary duties will include equipment-related maintenance, preventive maintenance tasks, and groundskeeping responsibilities. The manager also maintains relationships, contracts, and insurance paperwork for outside contractors.

Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, facilities, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, repair services, and service contracts.
Assist with groundskeeping duties, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance tasks, and general facilities upkeep.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.
Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in facilities maintenance and repair.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
3-5 years of facilities maintenance, construction, or repair experience in a commercial or industrial setting.
Knowledge of practices, techniques, materials and equipment used in maintenance, construction and repair of facilities.
Ability to operate basic hand tools such as drills, power, and shop tools.
Basic computer skills required.
Valid driver’s license with insurance. Annual MVR required.
Must possess basic math and reading, writing ability.
Must complete Graphcom required trainings upon new hire and annually thereafter (HIPAA, Information Security, Medicare Fraud Waste and Abuse, Lockout/Tag Out, Harassment Prevention, Suspicious Packages Awareness, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Fire Extinguisher Training, HazCom/Right to know and Emergency Action Plan).
