Job Title: Facilities & Maintenance Manager

Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Director of Operations, Signs & Fabric, the Facilities & Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our facilities. Your primary duties will include equipment-related maintenance, preventive maintenance tasks, and groundskeeping responsibilities. The manager also maintains relationships, contracts, and insurance paperwork for outside contractors.

• Perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment, machinery, facilities, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and longevity.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and maintenance schedules.

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance, repair services, and service contracts.

• Assist with groundskeeping duties, including landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, exterior maintenance tasks, and general facilities upkeep.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance tasks to ensure a safe working environment.

• Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in facilities maintenance and repair.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

• 3-5 years of facilities maintenance, construction, or repair experience in a commercial or industrial setting.

• Knowledge of practices, techniques, materials and equipment used in maintenance, construction and repair of facilities.

• Ability to operate basic hand tools such as drills, power, and shop tools.

• Basic computer skills required.

• Valid driver’s license with insurance. Annual MVR required.

• Must possess basic math and reading, writing ability.

• Must complete Graphcom required trainings upon new hire and annually thereafter (HIPAA, Information Security, Medicare Fraud Waste and Abuse, Lockout/Tag Out, Harassment Prevention, Suspicious Packages Awareness, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Fire Extinguisher Training, HazCom/Right to know and Emergency Action Plan).
