Position Overview:
Best Dispatch Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the dispatching process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and optimizing routes to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage the dispatching process for motor carriers and owner-operators.
• Utilize our ‘Make My Trip’ feature to help clients achieve target revenue and minimize expenses.
• Identify and secure the best paying loads for our clients.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatching process.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all dispatch activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of the transportation industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
