**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk/front office. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and possess excellent communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise front desk staff
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Monitor reservations and room assignments to optimize occupancy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Implement and uphold hotel policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in the hospitality/hotel
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service
- Understanding of hospitality management principles
- Familiarity with hotel management software and night audit procedures
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Nights as needed
- Weekends as needed
