Position Overview:

Spicy Mango is seeking a Mixologist to join our Fusion cuisine on Frenchmen Street in the heart of NOLA!

We are seeking an experienced and creative mixologist to join our team. As a mixologist at Spicy Mango, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing our guests with memorable experiences. You will work closely with our bar staff to maintain high-quality standards and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, including classic recipes and signature creations.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our drink menu.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients.
• Collaborate with our bar manager to develop new drink recipes and seasonal specials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for both guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume setting.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, and mixology techniques.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating innovative cocktails.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bartending certification or relevant training; knowledge of responsible alcohol service laws.
• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,700.00 per week
