Tri Tech Electronics is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near Orlando, FL

This is a full-time on-site role located in Orlando, FL.
Position:
Entry Level Quality Inspector
Department: Quality
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 am - 4:30 pm.
Starting Rate: $16 per hour.
Position Summary:
As an Entry Level Quality Inspector at Tri-Tech Electronics, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of cables and harnesses according to customer specifications. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Interpret customer drawings and specifications, following written instructions meticulously.
  • Utilize mechanical measuring devices for accurate assessments.
  • Conduct visual inspections and measurement tests to verify compliance with requirements and procedures.
  • Document inspection results and communicate any non-conformance to the manufacturing supervisor promptly.
  • As required, maintain certifications (such as ANSI-J-STD solder certification, crimping, measurement, etc.).
  • Assist quality and engineering personnel in auditing functions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret information and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/AS9100 D standards is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing or quality experience in a military manufacturing environment preferred.
  • ANSI-J-STD solder certification is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents, such as blueprints or schematics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
