The role you’ll contribute:

Working with the Marketing Manager and/or Marketing Director, the Marketing Project Coordinator provides support for a wide range of marketing processes and projects; interacting with various service lines, as well as digital, creative and other departments as needed to ensure proper brand alignment and operational goals are met. The core responsibility is to ensure the successful completion of projects and requests by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines. He/she will perform support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing team. This person will build strong relationships with stakeholders, while demonstrating enthusiasm for learning and achieving executional success.

• Contributes to the development of marketing strategies, including implementation of marketing efforts, for assigned service lines/projects
• Coordination of consumer events, including collaboration with physician relations marketing team
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
• Regular participation in meetings with marketing, partners and/or stakeholders
• Serves as a brand ambassador, upholding the values of the organization and maintaining consistency of the brand internally and externally.
• Maintains paper and electronic files of all correspondence, documents, reports, and other materials.
• Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process

Qualifications

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

EDUCATION, LICENSURE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• Valid State of Florida driver’s license
