Kids on the Move is Hiring a BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst Near Orem, UT
Kids On The Move, Inc. (KOTM) is a nonprofit organization located in Orem, UT. KOTM supports the development of young children and families by "empowering families, one child at a time." KOTM provides services through five main programs: Early Intervention, Early Head Start, Child Care, Respite Care and KOTM's Autism Center.
Qualifications
- BCBA certification
- LBA certification in Utah; Out-of-state BCBAs will receive support in obtaining Utah licensure
- 3 years' experience providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Ability to provide positive direction, support, and training to behavior technicians
- Proficiency at organizing and managing work tasks and schedule, and meeting assigned deadlines
- Experience developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for ABA therapy
- Must be a supportive and respectful team player
- $5,000 sign-on bonus. $1,500 on date of hire and $3,500 after 6 months of employment

Salary: $70000 - $80000 per year
