- Assist in transaction entry, reconciliations, accounts payable, invoicing.
- Help with end-of-month, end-of-quarter and end-of-year procedures.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and payments.
- Effectively communicate with clients and vendors.
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
- 2 years experience in accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
