** EXPERIENCE IN STAFF SCHEDULING IN LONG TERM CARE REQUIRED

We are professional, agile, fast-paced Healthcare organization who are looking for a highly organized and motivated Staff Scheduler to join our dynamic team for a new acquisition in Orangeburg, SC.

The ideal candidate should be a team player, honest, dependable, trust-worthy with excellent communication skills. A state tested nursing assistant is preferred. (CNA)

The primary purpose of the position is to create and maintain shift schedules for the CNA's and Nurses, track attendance, monitor lateness and absences, minimize overtime, and provide reports to management related to productive and non-productive hours. The Staff Scheduler is expected to work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact and shift information on all staff and insure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance. On-call availability is expected.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
