Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide assistance and support to individuals in their daily activities. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up living spaces
- Accompany individuals to appointments or social outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Document and report any changes in individuals' physical or mental health

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for individuals' privacy
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
