We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech III.

This position will be responsible for general maintenance of residential buildings that would involve but not limited to:

• Patching and painting of drywall
• Plumbing repairs of small pipe, faucets, and tub/shower valves.
• Light electrical work such as bulb replacements, switch replacements, and receptacle replacements.
• Flooring work such as carpet tile replacements, ceramic tile replacement, and vinyl flooring repair and replacements.
• Light carpentry skills.
• Strong trouble shootings skills are required.
• The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• The candidate must have knowledge to accept work orders electronically on an iPad or smartphone.
• The candidate must have good general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance of residential buildings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
