We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech III.
This position will be responsible for general maintenance of residential buildings that would involve but not limited to:
- Patching and painting of drywall
- Plumbing repairs of small pipe, faucets, and tub/shower valves.
- Light electrical work such as bulb replacements, switch replacements, and receptacle replacements.
- Flooring work such as carpet tile replacements, ceramic tile replacement, and vinyl flooring repair and replacements.
- Light carpentry skills.
- Strong trouble shootings skills are required.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- The candidate must have knowledge to accept work orders electronically on an iPad or smartphone.
- The candidate must have good general knowledge of all aspects of general maintenance of residential buildings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
