eXcell, a division of CompuCom Systems, Inc. is Hiring an IT Support Technician Near Ontario, CA
We are currently seeking a talented IT Support Technician to join our client's team onsite at Ontario, CA. This is a long-term contract position slated to go 1 years. This position is working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with occasional overtime and on call responsibilities.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide first / second level contact and problem resolution
- Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printer and computer hardware
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware and software
- Resolve issues, repair, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile printers, handheld devices, and conveyer belts and any other authorized peripheral equipment
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution
- Minimum of 3 years of IT experience
- Broad experience of IT with understanding of networks
- Experience with Zebra printers is a plus
- Must be adaptable and flexible in a fast-changing industry and work environment
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and internal customer service skills
- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork
- Certifications are preferred, but not required
