Reports To: Brendan Tuohy – VP – Distribution & Transportation - NA
Job Function and Duties:
- Promote “Safety First” in all processes and enforce all OSHA and Company policies and procedures.
- Develop processes and execute controls of products received.
- Manage In-transit and Inbound purchase order shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement and execute inventory controls in all product flow processes.
- Execute all cycle count requirements.
- Flawless management of all Shipment Accuracy and Timeliness.
- Ensure real time allocation of all products received.
- Controls and Instructs hourly associates on Standard Operating Procedures for receiving, shipping and inventory control activities.
- Daily written and oral communication with customer service and vendors to meet all operational goals.
- Safely operate and train employees on the safe operating procedures for all equipment.
- Effectively maintain and proactively maintenance building and material handling equipment assets.
- Develop and execute daily processes to streamline product flow.
- Promote environmentally friendly processes for all discarded consumable materials.
- Work with local and corporate resources to develop and enforce all Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Develop an extensive knowledge and application of ERP and WMS systems too effectively manage all distribution operations and processes.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Produce continued improvement of operations in terms of all goals and measures.
- Develop additional measures as necessary to insure continued improvement
- Bachelor Degree in related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years practical experience in related field.
- Intermediate experience with Business Information Systems with a strong emphasis on excel.
