Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your role will involve administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with patient assessments. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Perform various nursing procedures, such as wound care, catheterization, and tracheostomy care
- Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing
- Assist with procedures such as gastric lavage and inhalation therapy
- Coordinate durable medical equipment (DME) for patients as needed
- Provide occupational health services to employees as required

Skills:
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner
- Knowledge of occupational health practices and regulations
- Familiarity with specimen collection processing and laboratory procedures
- Experience in family planning and reproductive health services
- Ability to provide specialized care for memory care patients
- Understanding of pediatric nursing principles and practices

Qualifications:
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of [State]
- Graduation from an accredited vocational nursing program
- Current CPR certification
