Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage accounting functions including journal entries, financial statements, and reporting• Handle payroll with precision and timeliness• Supervise the month-end close process and ensure adherence to deadlines• Implement and maintain accounting controls in accordance with US GAAP• Utilize Workday for various accounting tasks• Supervise a team of 4, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial data• Manage the accounting cycle, ensuring a systematic approach to recording and analyzing financial information.
