Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills.

• Flexible schedule.
• 2 years of sales experience in D2D, retail, or customer service.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to climb ladders and walk on rooftops.

Compensation :

• Uncapped commissions, earning up to 15% on completed roofing projects.
