The Marketing Coordinator I works closely with the marketing team and agencies to create and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media accounts, coordinate events, and produce engaging content. This role requires a mix of creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
• Assists in creating content for ads, social media, marketing collateral, newsletters, press releases, corporate communications, and the website. Ensures all content aligns with the company’s brand voice and marketing goals.
• Manages and grows the company’s social media presence. Collaborates with agency partners to plan, create, and schedule posts, engage with followers and community partners, and track performance metrics.
• Assists in planning and executing company and community engagement events. Handles logistics, promotion, and follow-up activities.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for the marketing department; handles requests for promo items and marketing collateral orders, coordinates with other departments, external vendors and agencies, ensures smooth communication and workflow.
• Conducts market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Provides insights and recommendations based on findings.
• Monitors and analyzes the performance of marketing campaigns. Prepares regular reports and suggests improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Ensures all marketing material is approved by the Compliance department before releasing to requestor.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related, required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing support role, required.

• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) and their best practices.
• Basic graphic design and filming and editing knowledge.
• Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., Constant Contact, Hubspot, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
