Title : Marketing Coordinator

Reports to : Director of Marketing

Location : North Sioux City, SD

Job Description : The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department by carrying out daily tasks that will help the department meet or exceed their yearly goals.

Required Education / Experience : BA / BS degree in marketing, communications, or graphic design, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Great organizational, communication, and learning skills
• Ability to multi-task

Primary Responsibilities :

• Update marketing collateral with design and content.
• Update marketing documents to meet brand style guides.
• Obtain necessary information to apply for industry awards.
• Assist Sales Readiness team with data consolidation, clean-up, email templating, distribution, and more.
• Upload marketing materials to online libraries.
• Provide support for marketing events and tradeshows as needed.
• Assist with giveaways, shipping, and other logistics for tradeshows and events.
• Compile and mail marketing materials to sales managers, customers, and reps.
• Work in marketing systems and programs such as Salesforce, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.
