Key Requirements/Preferences:
- Experience with internal mortgages is beneficial
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP functions
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Opportunities for community involvement
- Ability to shift focus and prioritize tasks as needed
- Prepare general ledger reconciliations
- Maintain internal mortgage portfolio records
- Assist with monthly financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and job cost items
- Collaborate on annual budget preparation
- Maintain documentation of procedures
- Provide support for audits and special projects
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting software
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
