- Create schedules for the nursing department
- Ensure all shifts are staffed
- Track attendance and lateness
- Database management
- Previous staffing experience required
- Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
REQUIREMENTS :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management systems.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, negotiation, and communication skills.
