Nurse Manager, Medical Surgical Highlights and Benefits:

• The Nurse Manager, Medical/Surgical will be responsible for the day to day operations of a 35 bed mixed Med/Surg Unit and will manage a team of 56 FTE's including a team of Patient Care Coordinators and Charge RN's

Qualifications & Requirements for Nurse Manager, Medical Surgical

• Associate's degree in Nursing required / Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• RN active license required
• Minimum 5 years of general Medical/Surgical clinical nursing experience
• At least 2 years of Medical/Surgical leadership experience required (Supervisor level or above)
• Able to demonstrate success in leading and mentoring a team, improving efficiencies and outcomes, and ensuring the team has the tools they need to provide the best patient care
