**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team.
**Duties:**
- Open new Maryland files.
- Order payoffs and HOA information.
- Gather and prepare all documentation needed for closings of both buyers and sellers.
- Building and balancing CDs.
- Correspond with lenders, agents, buyers and sellers.
- Recording documents and disbursing of funds.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
- Strong math skills for calculations related to processing
- Familiarity with escrow procedures and documentation
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various stakeholders
