Position Overview: Pat’s is searching for a reliable and dedicated Electrical professional to maintain electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings. Duties & Responsibilities: Understanding and applying blueprints and technical diagrams Using various devices, including ammeters, voltmeters, thermal scanners, and cable testers, as well as hand and power tools Installing or replacing wiring, lighting, electrical controls, breakers and other electrical devices Inspecting and maintaining electrical systems in homes and businesses Adhering to state and local building regulations Completing work orders on time Documenting the work completed and materials used Working with other electricians, general contractors, architects, and other team members Other duties as assigned Requirements: 5 years of experience in the field as an Electrician Must have own set of hand tools. Power tools will be provided. Exceptional communication and customer service skills Strong understanding of wiring, circuits, and other electrical components Ability to perform electrical tests, read results, and diagnose and repair electrical problems Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Effective time management Strong work ethic Understanding of local and national codes, regulations, and safety procedures Ability to read blueprints and technical documents Experience with Generator Installation is a plus!
