Finney's Crafthouse & Kitchen is Hiring a Bartender Near Oceanside, CA
Finney's Crafthouse is an American-fare food restaurant and gastropub that offers a full bar and 30 local craft beers on tap. We will be opening in June 2024. This location will have a main floor and a rooftop bar with a beautiful view of the town!
We are dedicated to creating a family dining experience that speaks to the local community and creates regulars through exceptional food, drinks, atmosphere, and most importantly, service. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor and on a team that will be an integral part of the Oceanside community.
Compensation includes minimum wage and tips with many growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be part of the friendliest bar team in town
- Prepare craft drinks for the bar and all restaurant patrons
- Meet our steps of service and suggestive selling standards
- Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Prep and juice all our in-house syrups and juices
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations including RBS
Skills
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Proper jigger use
- Great work ethic
- Positive attitude
- Works and cares to have knowledge of our scratch food and craft drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
Must be 21
