GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides customer service support, obtain various forms of documentation, answers routine questions, performs clerical duties, and reviews new CalWORKs referrals on a daily basis. Schedules orientations on a weekly basis and completes weekly case assignment reports.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED certificate required. Two years of case file management experience preferred. Skilled in filing, record keeping, general office skills, computer operations, data entry and other clerical functions. Experienced with Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrated excellent communication and team work skills. Experience in TANF and CalWORKs programs and the CalWIN system preferred.
Education:
High school diploma/GED.
Work Requirements:
Extensive sitting, computer, phone, and deskwork required; work primarily in a defined office environment with specific hours, although flexible hours including overtime may be required; interacts one on one and in groups with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. Travel may be required.Driver’s License with Good Driving Record
