As an Regiional Clinic Manager for a medical practice, your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice and ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. Your job description may include the following:
Managing staff: You will be responsible for overseeing the work of the administrative and clinical staff, which may include hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
Implementing policies and procedures: You will develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that the practice operates within legal and regulatory guidelines.
