We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to join our healthcare facility in Ocala, Florida.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dietary operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality nutritional services to our patients and residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all dietary services within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to food service and dietary standards.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients and residents.
• Supervise dietary staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and manage food inventory, including ordering and cost control.
• Conduct regular inspections of food preparation and storage areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address specific dietary needs and preferences of patients.
• Provide ongoing education and training for staff on food safety and sanitation practices.

Qualifications :

• Successful completion of the Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credentialing exam.
• Proven experience in dietary management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using computer systems for menu planning, ordering, and inventory management.
