Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated BCBA Clinical Director to lead and oversee our clinical team in Oakland and Washtenaw county. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical staff, ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients, and maintaining compliance with industry standards. This role requires a commitment to 15 billable hours per week, in addition to administrative and supervisory responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Oversight and Management:

• Provide clinical supervision and support to Clinicians (BCBAs, BCaBAs, QBHPs, R/BTs, etc.).
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based ABA services.
• Conduct regular case reviews and staff performance evaluations.
• Oversee client intake and assessment processes.

Billable Services:

• Maintain a minimum of 15 billable hours per week providing direct therapy, supervision and/or parent training.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients.
• Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to adjust treatment plans.

Administrative Duties:

• Oversee the scheduling and management of clinical staff.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant ethical guidelines, laws, local contracts and regulations.
• Coordinate and lead team meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate with administrative staff on client billing and documentation.

Training and Development:

• Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for clinical staff.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices to inform clinical decisions.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Client and Family Engagement:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Support clinical staff to schedule/engage in regular communication with families regarding treatment progress and goals.
• Provide support and resources to families as needed.
