Soflo Property Management is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Oakland, FL
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Prepare Invoices for Repairs
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment i.e Drill, Multimeter, Sheetrock
- Ability to handle physical workload. Must be able to lift at least 80lbs
- Deadline and detail-oriented. Capable of assessing urgency
- 3 years of plumbing
- 3 years of electrical
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a background test
