Your Role
The Blue Shield of California Promise Health Plan Clinical Access Programs department is responsible for regulatory oversight and audits of providers to ensure the quality of care and services received by our members, monitoring and oversight of access and availability of care, and member outreach and coordination of care. The Business Analyst, Consultant will report to the Director of the Clinical Access Programs department. In this role you will provide analytical and data support for Clinical Access Programs Department projects and business operations. The Business Analyst, Consultant, will prepare regulatory reporting, support department leadership with initiatives by defining business requirements, conducting readiness assessments and assisting with operational and implementation plans.

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $96,470.00 to $144,760.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
