Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing office operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage front desk activities including answering and directing phone calls, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries
- Oversee collections process
- Assist with human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, benefits administration, and maintaining personnel records
- Maintain office efficiency by organizing office operations and procedures
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and clients
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks as needed

Experience:

- Proven experience in office administration or a related role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- BA degree preferred or commensurate office experience
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and financial processes
