Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records through data entry and CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Assist with sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up
- Provide support in resolving client issues or complaints in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or client relations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
