Customer Service Representative/Front Desk Receptionist

If you are highly motivated, hard-working and pride yourself in being both detail oriented and a team player we want to speak with you! We are looking for a friendly and skilled customer service representative to join our Burlington title team.

Responsibilities may include:

· Greet customers and alert appropriate staff of the arrival of a customers

· Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately

· Keep waiting area clean and stocked with refreshments and supplies

· Handle customer service requests in a timely, professional, and courteous manner

· Customer Service/Order Opening

• Gather basic property information to provide to clients
• Enter order information into title and escrow programs
• Assist with basic property research

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office, all internet browsers, and cloud-based programs)

· Demonstrated ability to type a minimum of 55 wpm

· Organized, detailed oriented, multi-tasker, strong communicator, professional demeanor

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Ability to work in a team-based environment

· Ability to accept a variety of assigned work responsibilities and carry out assignments within parameters of instruction given/prescribed routines and standard accepted practices

· Must be able to sit for long periods of time

· Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance

· Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

· Must have High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
