Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions
- Interest in learning/gaining new knowledge on our products
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring that the customer leaves our store satisfied with their purchase. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized sales floor/store, processing transactions accurately, and staying up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions. Being reliable and punctual is crucial for this position because you will be expected to open and close up the store when you are scheduled to work. Also communication is very important to ensure that we are striving for growth as a small business. Keeping each other updated with what is going on the store is very important also for quality assurance. Bilingual skills, particularly in English and Spanish, are highly desirable for this role.
