Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing successful sales strategies and leading our sales department while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. By working closely with our marketing department, you will assist by generating viable leads and work closely with marketing staff to promote our products to new and existing customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support overall business objectives.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to monitor progress and provide feedback.
• Work with finance to develop sales department budgets and monitor throughout the year

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Have an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to craft a plan to grow a business

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
