POSITION SUMMARY: The Operations Manager will supervise, train, evaluate, schedule, and administer responsibilities of all Behavioral Health Technicians of Willow Springs Recovery. Under the supervision of the Executive Director (ED), the Operations Manager is responsible for documenting activities, modeling expectations of a Behavioral Health Technician, educate Behavioral Health Technicians of job duties and responsibilities as well as monitoring daily responsibilities and improve quality of care. The Operations Manager will also assist therapists and case managers with crisis management, groups, and education, as needed.
Duties:
Operations Manager assist ED in the provision of services to BHTs.
Monitor the needs and behaviors of BHTs.
Assist with on-site activities, therapeutic support groups, outings and community meetings, as assigned.
Document of Behavioral Health Technician shift responsibilities and expectations of Willow Springs Recovery.
Monitor Behavioral Health Technician job duties and responsibilities while on shift.
Provide Behavioral Health Technician orientation training.
Provide Behavioral Health Technician training to improve quality of care.
Assist in the availability of community services and resources.
Recognize individuals under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and documents when needed in an Incident Report.
Discuss significant events involving client’s activities with Treatment Team.
Operations Manager ill facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
Understand all state, federal, licensing and accreditation requirements.
Operations Manager will ensure facility is up to code for Licensing and Accreditation requirements.
Able to fulfill/maintain a weekly schedule for the facility.
Be prepared at any time to come in/fill in any void in schedule or help in any eminent situations.
Fulfill any vacancies in driving schedules.
Operations Manager will interview new hire candidates for BHT or driver positions.
Scheduling for all operational staff
Track any spending from client incidental funds.
Operations Manager will oversee and facilitate hiring, training, and scheduling new staff and accommodate human resources requirements.
Behavioral Health Technician discipline and documentation.
Edit and approve timecards every pay period.
Report any residential maintenance to facilities manager.
Facilitate room moves and bed changes scheduled by admissions.
Qualifications/Skills:
2 Years of management experience preferred
1 Year of sobriety if in recovery
PRSS Certified in recovery Preferred
Experience in treatment
Effective communication skills

Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,059.00 per year
