Our growing pharmaceutical client is looking to add a Manager of Quality Control to their team. This professional is responsible for oversight of daily operations of our client’s chemistry laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Oversight of daily operations of the Chemistry laboratory
• Train and oversee laboratory supervisor and lead(s)
• Maintain compliance of all testing methods and technologies used within the Quality Control department
• Develop strategies for continuous improvement and personnel development within the Quality Control department
• Write and /or review Standard Operating Procedures
• Work with all departments for continuous improvement
• Aid in Customer Complaint Investigations/Deviations/CAPA and Audits as needed
• Hire and maintain Quality Control staffing needs
• Advise all departments as needed with technical laboratory information
• As the workload demand changes for the department, additional responsibilities may be required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry
• 7 years of experience with US FDA and cGMP

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
