Confidential is Hiring a Community Manager Near Nyack, NY

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced affordable housing Community Manager for our property to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive living environment for our residents.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines, including LIHTC requirements
- Handle resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Maintain accurate resident files and property records
- Assist with legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements and property management
- Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and conflict management
- Utilize Yardi or similar software for property management tasks

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Knowledge of LIHTC regulations and requirements
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resident satisfaction
- Proficiency in office software applications for file management and communication
- Familiarity with CMMS systems for maintenance tracking
- Ability to handle legal administrative tasks related to property management
- Understanding of property maintenance best practices
- Excellent conflict management skills to resolve issues effectively
